Ecumenical pastoral care leadership network
Over two decades of counselling and counselling training Coram Deo has met many local ministry leaders who share our passion for building communities of hope. The emphasis on an ecumenical network is important. It communicates that what we have in common is more important than areas where we might differ. This is a crucial point in our collective expression as believers in the world that God loves so much. It is astonishing that God chooses us to showcase faith, hope, and love. You know this as it is written. The world will know that you are my disciples in your love for each other.
We invite you to be part of the network and to work towards helping people find their own life story of meaning in the greater story of God’s kingdom.
Do come and meet us on 22 November, 09:30-11:30 (Saturday) to find out more.
The heart of this initiative is to build a community where we can:
- Share our struggles, strengths, and insights with one another.
- Focus on care for the caregiver, creating a safe space for honesty and renewal.
- Learn together as we strengthen the fabric of leadership within our churches.
- Enhance our processes and communication that advance and sustain care in local settings.
Psalm 34:18 The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit.
