At Coram Deo, beyond counselling I also head the Coram Deo volunteer role of Community Outreach Leader. I’ve completed my honours degree in Psychology (NWU) and an Advanced Programme in Pastoral Narrative Therapy.

I have a  strong background in working among diverse communities, across different age groups and either within a one on one or group setting.  My  12 year experience as psychometrist, counsellor, and programme manager range from relating to people as a coach, personal therapist, teacher and facilitator.  I am passionate about people, sensitive to their needs, hopes and dreams.  Growing personally and developing insight into my own life experiences are one of my foundational goals as I believe taking care of myself is essential as this demonstrate self-respect and respect for humanity. 

I aim to journey with clients, families and communities on a road to finding meaning, moving towards investing in their future as they discover their unique attributes, values and goals. We come together in an atmosphere of growth, self-discovery, ultimately nurturing resilience necessary to enhance the lives of people, families and communities at large.
