Strategic operations team
The strategic operations team (in short stratops), takes concern with every aspect of Coram Deo. They are passionate about the organisation, its mission and its people. They deal with both strategic and operations matters and as such liaise with different groups in Coram Deo from the board of directors, to lecturers and counsellors, to class representatives.
The stratops team is more involved operationally than the governing board of directors but less involved than formal administrative appointments.

The mandate of the stratops team (in support of creating communities of hope), is to boldly go where hope takes us.
The stratops team fulfills three roles:
- Connect with, care for, and engage the community on matters of importance.
- Fulfill specific roles according to their gifting and serve as the contact person for that area in Coram Deo.
- Plan and coordinate key events on the Coram Deo operational calendar.
During 2024 our stratops team volunteers were represented by Nthabiseng Shongwe, Karen Leavy-Straus, Chissie West, Susan Dry.
If you have a passion for creating hope in the world do consider to join us during 2025.
